This is an extended 6 step hair
care routine .
This is a definite must do during
the lockdown and , it consists of 4 masks including the conditioner . I recommend
this routine for dry damaged and frizzy hair .
STEP 1: OILING
Detangle your hair and apply
your favorite oil according to your needs. I use a combination of oils that
include coconut , olive , castor and neem oil . For hair growth I recommend
onion oil . Make sure you oil your hair the day before your hair wash and keep
it over night .
STEP 2: DIY HAIR MASK
Apply this diy hair mask 2 hours before your hair wash . This hair mask
consist of:
1 Eggs
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Banana
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar / half lemon
As per availability and convenience
STEP 3 : HAIR MASK ( optional )
ANY HAIR MASK IS LIKE A THICKER CONDITIONER . Wash your hair with plain water and apply mask for 15-20 minute and rinse . To kill time you can apply a face
mask at this point or engage yourself in any other activity .
Incase you don't
have a hair mask apply aloe vera gel .
STEP 4: SHAMPOO
Shampoo your hair like you usually do , you can add baking soda in your shampoo for volume and a more cleansed scalp , it helps with dandruff and itchy scalp .
STEP 5 : CONDITIONER
Rinse your hair and apply
conditioner for 3-4 minute and rinse again .
STEP 6: HAIR RINSE
After you
are totally done , you can give your
hair a final rinse with apple cider vinegar for shine and hair growth .
